Procedure
1) |
Weld the ends of cut wires.
2) |
In order to remove the impurities like oil from the wires, heat them up in the forge and brush well.
3) |
Make and weld one piece of iron material by forging wires, which are made of metal and air. Place the tips of the heated wires in the press and twist them. This will make the twisting tighter. Pour the forging powder on the heated iron material and beat it on both sites. After beating, brush it well. Whenever you heat it, heat it by little, a few inches at a time from the tip. Try to overlap the parts.
4) |
The person who is beating can tell by feeling the moment wires change into iron material. The noise of the beating changes from a dull sound to a more high pitched pinging sound. Until then, heat it, beat it, put forging power, heat it, and repeat this.
